A new model of GP care

Full GP care, in the patient's own home.

Unlike after-hours services, we're a GP-fellow-only service bringing full GP care to patients who can't get to a clinic.

We provide care to patients in their own homes, combining regular ongoing care with locum home visits and telehealth day and night, supported by a geriatrician and practice nurse.

We don't provide care in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs).

Why work with us

Six reasons our GPs stay.

We're a GP-run practice. So we've built the kind of role we'd want to work in.

01 · Earnings

Match or surpass private clinic earnings.

Take home $300–325/hr for Regular Care, $200–250/hr for Locum Home Visits, and $180–240/hr for Telehealth — while consulting significantly less than in a clinic.

02 · Flexibility

Flexible work to suit your lifestyle.

In-hours and after-hours home visit and telehealth shifts available. Build the week that fits around your life — school runs, study, second jobs.

03 · Variety

Mix up your week with fulfilling work.

Many of our GPs mix one of our roles with clinic work to introduce diversity into their day-to-day practice. The same skills, a different setting.

04 · Meaning

A rewarding role.

Caring for patients in need — keeping vulnerable patients living healthy at home for longer is very satisfying. See what our patients say →

05 · Support

Choose to work with an assistant.

Work with or without an assistant. Assistants drive you between consultations and provide admin support.

06 · Shares

Share in our success as a shareholder.

Participate in our Employee Share Option Program (ESOP). Earn shares in Perth Home GP and Airclinix — the software that powers our practice.
