We offer bulk billed telehealth for all concession card holders and children under 16, as well as urgent after hours GP telehealth (after 11 pm) for all patients. That means affordable access to a Perth-based GP, day or night.

How our telehealth appointments work
To book a GP online consultation, call us on 1300 815 321. Your GP will contact you via secure video online, assess your condition, and provide you with scripts, certificates and referrals, as necessary.

Our GPs
meet the team
Dr Mike Patton
Dr Mike Patton was born and trained in WA, graduating from the University of Western Australia in 2009. He began his medical career at Fremantle Hospital before completing his GP Fellowship through clinics across Perth.
Dr Muhammad Zaidi
Dr Muhammad Fariz Zaidi graduated from University of Newcastle in 2017 after moving from Malaysia to Australia to study medicine. He completed his internship and three years in Emergency Medicine before achieving FRACGP in 2024.
Dr David Evans
David completed the initial part of his medical training at the University of Oxford, where he also earned a degree in Physiological Sciences and was awarded the prestigious Sir Roger Bannister Award for Academic Excellence.
Dr Basma Shaikh
Dr Basma is an international Medical Graduate with more than 10 years of experience in Australian Health Care. She completed her fellowship in 2021 and enjoys all aspects of General Practice with Chronic Disease Management, Women and Children’s Health being her main interests.
Dr Hangyu Yi
Dr Hangyu Yi completed his medical degree at the University of Western Australia. Prior to studying medicine, he worked as a cancer researcher in paediatric leukaemia.
Dr Averil Tam
Averil is a Perth local who completed her medical degree at The University of Western Australia in 2014 and achieved her Fellowship in General Practice in 2021. Averil enjoys general practice, palliative care, medical education and digital health.
Dr Sonu Thaker
Sonu completed his medical training at the University of Western Australia and holds postgraduate qualifications in palliative medicine and paediatric health. He provides thoughtful, patient-centred care across all areas of general practice and after-hours care.
Dr Cherry Wu
Dr Cherry Wu has been working in general practice in metropolitan Perth since 1990s. She is local graduate from UWA and has been a member of the RACGP for over 30 years as a fellow of the college.
Dr Abubakar Bham
Dr Bham grew up in Gloucestershire in the UK and originally qualified as a pharmacist before studying medicine at Leicester University, graduating in 2010. He completed his GP training in Gloucestershire before moving to WA in 2017.
Dr Diviya Sritheran
Dr Diviya Sritheran is an experienced GP who grew up and trained in the UK. She moved to Perth in 2022 and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She has particular interests in women’s health and children’s health.
Dr Sandeep Kulkarni
Sandeep is a Perth local who graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2018 and then later obtained Fellowship with the Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Juan Stephen
Dr Juan Stephen trained in Western Australia, graduating from The University of Notre Dame, Fremantle, before completing his medical training across hospitals in Perth.
